Yup. That's right. Options. We all like options, right? Lacy B Photography is excited to announce that I am offering a digital session in addition to regular portrait sessions! A digital session will allow you to have your high resolution images on disk with a printing release. Of course you can still order prints through me from my pro lab (because we all know that walmarts prints don't come close to the quality of a pro lab), and you'll even get a print discount with the digital session!

{Downtown OKC Family Session}

I know I say this a lot, but I had so much fun meeting this family. I am so lucky to have such great clients. I mean that! These guys had no doubts about where they wanted their session- they love downtown OKC- so that's where we headed. We got some great shots and had a lot of fun with this entire group.

They have added another sweet face to their crew since the last time you saw them on the blog! They are such a sweet family, I love that photography allows me to meet new people and then I get to watch them grow. So much fun. It was great catching up, Kemp family!

{Pure sweetness....or is it trouble?}

Yup, I'm this far behind on my blog. This is an old session, but way too adorable to not post.

This little guy is so much fun to shoot! He has one of the biggest personalities out there ~ I adore this face! If you can't tell, he's kind of a ladies man. ;)

I'll be catching up and posting a few old sessions that haven't made it up here yet, hope you enjoy seeing some of the fun I got to have! I just love capturing moments like these!

{Miss Macy | six months old}

This sweet little lady came to me so that we could capture her beauty while she is all of 6 months old and I'm so glad she did! I'm in LOVE with her eyes....oh and those eyelashes! Isn't she such a doll?!

Something about the image below just made my heart smile. I absolutely love it....and her eyelashes!

{More Goodies}

I am trying to write out a grocery list and attempting to keep it healthy. It's really pretty short at this point- I'm not a healthy person. I'm trying to get creative with what I can make this week and where does my mind go? "I should blog about some more goodies!" So here I am. :)

I am going to show you a couple of things in this post. Image boxes and storyboards.

*Fav Alert* The image box is honestly one of my favorite things that I can do for you. L-O-V-E it! They are such wonderful quality and are such a neat idea. This one holds 10 of your favorite images as mounted 5x7's. They are mounted so that you can leave it on your coffee table as a conversation piece or rotate the images out on an easel through the house or office. This is great as a grandma gift or a great way to capture multiple images even if you don't have much wall space!

I can also create a storyboard for you. This one is a 10"x20" size and also comes mounted, as all of my prints do that are 8"x10" or larger. These are also custom made for you.

I'm such a visual person so I apologize that it has taken me this long to get images up on all of my products, but I'm finally working harder at it. I will have more soon. As always, if you have any questions, please let me know!

Where have I been...

Wow. I knew I needed to blog, but I didn't realize how long it had been! I took a little break from sessions so that I could get a few things organized and of course spend some time with my little one. What have you been doing Lacy, you might be thinking. Well, I've been working on orders for clients and scheduling for the fall. That's right, I know it's HOT but if you are thinking about a session this fall, please let me know so that we can get you on the calendar! Also- if you are a senior this year - contact me soon to hold your date for your senior session!!!

Okay, I know all of that sounds good but what ELSE have you been doing, Lacy? Well........let me think. Uhhhh, oh yeah! A NEW WEBSITE! That's right! It's live- finally! :) I think it's going to be a much needed improvement for you, my clients. It has everything in one location. You can access my webite, blog and facebook page just to start with. Next it has some of my recent work to view in seperate galleries, where I have also included my "what to wear" guide and something NEW called "products" in galleries of their own. There is other info through the site, but what I'm most excited about is that there is a "client proofing" section where you enter your password to view your private gallery! And wait! There's more. (I know, hard to believe right?) While you are viewing your gallery, choosing which awesome images you must have for yourself, mom and grandma; you just add them to your cart and order through this same location! I love it when things are made easy- and I do believe this is pretty easy!

I've been holding out a little, I admit. I have been an approved vendor for Organic Bloom for a while now but I haven't had the time to talk about it much or show what awesome frames they have. I've had a few orders come through and they are all incredible. I LOVE this product! (Bonus fact: they are an Oklahoma company!) I shot a couple of images a while back of one of my client's frames they ordered. These are the types of images you will find under the product gallery of my site. I'll be organizing my images of other products soon and posting everything that I offer there eventually (hopefully sooner than later).

{Extra Special Session}

I very much LOVE this idea for a session! I was thrilled when they brought me the idea. In fact, I'm a little sad now that I don't have something like this with my mom from way back when I was headed off to college. I had a load of fun with these girls and as you can see, they have a super fun and sweet relationship. You know, the kind that looks great in photographs! ;)

Best wishes to you, Cassie for your future- I can't wait to hear of the amazing things that you are doing. Thanks to you both for being so much fun, I hope you are enjoying your images!

{Soon to be Mr. & Mrs.}

These soon-to-be newlyweds braved the crazy Oklahoma wind with me for their engagement session last week. Eventhough the wind was quite the challenge, they still rocked their session and we got some great shots. See for yourself!

 

{Kemp Family Session Sneak Peek}

I tell my little one that 'can't' is a nasty word and that we don't use it. She is three and isn't reading yet so I'm going to use it for this post (just this once).

Recently I met the Kemp family and I'm so happy that I did! I am thrilled with how their session turned out, I just can't pick a favorite! I can't. I've tried and I can't.

This family is ADORABLE. I can't put into words what an incredible couple these parents are. They are so sweet together and patient and loving with their boys, which is so refreshing to see. I left this session with a smile on my face and really felt inspired by them. Life isn't perfect as most of us realize at some point in life, but these guys have such an amazing outlook. I wish them all the best and hope to see them again, it was truly a pleasure spending a little time with these guys!

{Lovely Custom Products...}

My last post featured my new custom memo boards which everyone seems to love, so I thought I would leave a quick post to show another item that I can create for you. This is a GREAT way to get 12 of your images from your session- and it's in such a practical form...yup- it's a calendar!

This calendar has each month on a separate 5"x5" square and will be customized with your images. It's the perfect size for a desktop!

{It's about time!}

With the weather, this didn't get delivered in a timely manner, but finally- It's HERE! I'm so excited to show you this new item. I LOVE IT! If you know me AT ALL, you know I'm obsessed with making lists. I'm not exaggerating. I have on average, about 4 going at all times- it's crazy, I know.

I don't want to ramble on- this post has a purpose. I promised I would share with everyone what our contest winner won, so here it is! I know Miss Kinley's mommy and daddy will be able to use this!

This is an 18" x 12" memo board. The quality is great and trust me- it's beautiful! There are options on how to display this in your home or office and hopefully I've shown you what you need to see in the below images. I've positioned this one on an easel, but the board comes with magnets and sticky corners. These really are pretty enough that you could put them in an open frame and hang on a wall. It also comes with one black Bic dry erase marker.
