{The Growing Davis Family}: Oklahoma City Maternity Photographer

This super cute family is growing and I'm squealling with excitement for them! They are getting ready to welcome an addition to their family- he'll be here before 2011! Can't wait to meet him! I was so excited for this session so that I could finally try out a few ideas for maternity images and this little momma was a trooper. I hope you'll enjoy a few from their session, eventhough it's taken me forever to get them posted!

{Best Friends}

I was lucky enough to catch a moment that looked that way anyway. He was all about exploring and not having much to do with big sister for the time we spent together. Anyway- aren't these 2 gorgeous? I seriously stared at this little girl for so long while I edited these pictures. She's beautiful. Great job mom and dad! :)

{Harkins Family...part two...including the Perkins' & Glenn's}

Here it is, part two of a session with a great family. Thanks to all 3 families for being so patient with me in getting things posted!

{Harkins Family...part one}

Today I have been thinking a lot about a friend of mine. Her family is going through some scary times and I'm not as geographically close to her as I'd like to be. I feel like I'm no help to her or her family and I know they could really use it right now. So, right this second, all I can do is ask everyone to please pray for a friend of mine and her family. Pray hard and pray alot. I promise that they would all stop everything to pray for you if I asked.

Here is a couple from their session that I did a little while ago. There's nothing like knowing truly sweet, wonderful people!

{Baby & Toddler what to wear guide}

I promise to give the blog more attention soon! Thanks to everyone for being patient with me during such a busy time. I did get a chance to add to the what to wear section, so I thought I'd take a minute to let everyone know. I added a baby and toddler guide to the bottom, you can see it here: http://www.lacybphotography.com/ if you'll go to the "what to wear" link at the top in purple.

Hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving!

{Help is here....}

I always have people ask about what to wear for their sessions and I understand. It's tough to coordinate everyone's outfits! I have a hard enough time trying to decide what I need to wear, muchless my daughter and husband!

Hopefully this will be helpful to all! I have now added a page onto my blog devoted to this alone. I'm a visual person, so I'm hoping these will be inspiring guides for other people as well. I'm always available for more suggestions or to bounce ideas off of, so please ask if you are unsure.

The link is below, but at the top of my blog there is a "blog", a "contact", and now a "what to wear" tab. You can always refer back to the "what to wear" tab if you can't find this post with the link.

Precious baby... {Oklahoma City Children's Photographer}

I was thrilled that I was asked to do this little lady's newborn shoot- here she is at a mature 14 days old! Isn't she just yummy?! Oh, she's such a good baby!

Mommy & Daddy- I'm so glad I was able to capture some sweet images of your little princess for you. Enjoy, because she'll change SO FAST!

I truly LOVE this one....

Hope you love your sneak peek and thanks again for letting me into your home to capture your sweet princess!

{Miss Quinn}

First, I need to say a great big thank you to everyone that has been so supportive of me while I've started this little journey! I love capturing smiles and toes and everything else, it really is so much fun! So.......thank you, thank you....and an extra THANK YOU to my awesome hubby, because he's been the most supportive!

Now, about this little photography gig of mine- my schedule has completely blown up, which is awesome! Having said that, there really is only so much time in the day so I will only be able to book a couple more sessions through the end of the year. (If you have already booked, no worries.) If you have been thinking about scheduling a session, please contact me soon, these spots will be on a first come/first serve basis. The best way to contact me is through email { lacydesiree@yahoo.com} or facebook {www.facebook.com/lacybphotography}.

Second (and what you've been waiting for)- LOOK AT MISS QUINN! Seriously....do they come any cuter than this?! She's so stinking sweet- I love this age. Thanks to her mamma and grammy for being so patient!

        I think this next one is my favorite... soooo sweet. Everyone say it with me....."aaaawwwwhh"!

{Look who turned TWO!}

This sassy little girl recently celebrated turning two years old and just like another little two year old I know, she has an abundance of energy! She was more than excited about being outside and did not want to stay in one spot for longer than a millisecond. However, she was sweet enough to give me a few smiles to work with :). I love this little girl....oh and her mommy and daddy too, of course!

{ Welcome back, fall! }

My faaaavorite time of the year is fall and hopefully this weekend wasn't just a teaser because I'm READY! Oklahoma weather is not scared to tease or threaten- it's tricky like that...but that's ok, because it's "home".

Just wanted to wish everyone a great week. I promise I'll have some new sneak peeks up soon. For now, I'll share an image of what I'm seeing all over - just one more thing that is making me think fall is on it's way.

{My Little Sunshine}

While spending some time with my sweet little girl (that can't stand when mommy is behind the camera), she actually let me take a few shots of her! Miracles do happen! Anyway, thought I would share since I haven't in a while...

Have a good week!!!

{Sweet Baby Boy}

I only had a short time with this little guy, but that's all I needed to get a smile from him. He's such a happy baby! Doesn't he just make you want to get all goofy so you can make him smile and laugh more?! Ahhh he's such a doll, I miss him already!

Have a great week, everyone!

{Senior 2011 ~ Deanna Kaye}

I'm beyond excited to blog about this senior session. Seriously....she's gorgeous. I couldn't be more excited that she asked me to do her senior pictures.
In honor of how fun it is to be a senior in high school, I thought it would be fun to do something different for my blog posts of seniors! I asked her to answer a few questions for me that I'll share here on my blog- sort of like she's introducing herself.
Here we go......ENJOY!

My name is.....Deanna Kaye Glenn

I'm a senior at Madill High School

What I'm most looking forward to during my senior year is...
my freedom and the lack of classes

My most favorite thing to do is hang out with my family and friends.

When I grow up, I want to be...
Successful, but I haven't come up with a career yet.

What makes me different than everyone is my life story and the goals I have in life.
