{I don't have anything to wear!}

Hello friends! I hope this week has started off great for everyone. My Monday was well, a Monday. :)

Not that long ago, I tried to be a little creative and include something on my blog that was useful and different. Since then, I have had great feedback with a section on my blog called "What to Wear". I've had a lot of compliments on it. So, since it's so well liked, it's been on my to do list (I have a lot of things on said list) to find a few more inspirational outfits to post. Guess what - I finally made the time! I've updated the tab on here, but these are the newest additions:

 If you'd like to see more suggestions on how to coordinate outfits for your portrait session, please go to http://www.lacybphotography.com/ and go to the "What to Wear" tab. As always, I'm happy to help narrow down and make suggestions prior to your session as well.

{One of my favorite things}

Today, in Oklahoma we had rain. I love rain. Today was one of those "great-to-be-in-bed-watching-movies-with-the-windows-up days", but that never fits into my schedule unfortunately. I hope someone had a day like that today!

Although I didn't get to be lazy today, I did get to take my sweet doll out to "splash" in what was left of our rain by the time we got home. She loved it- I'll post more of that later, but I had to share one of my most favorite things that I was able capture today. I find this quite funny- ironic even, that I LOVE this on my baby girl, but fought it the better part of my life. On her, I LOVE it- on me, I tolerate it. Without further ado, here is just one of her many....drum roll please....curls. She has them, I have them, her daddy would have them if he had long hair- but hers, I LOVE. Its so sweet and little girl-like. Even better, when there's rain, even more curls come out to play!

 I am a proud mommy- thanks for tolerating me. :) I hope this makes you smile half as much as it does me! There's just nothing like a sweet little girl (and her curls) to make your heart melt!

{Girls Just Wanna Have Fun}

I wanted to share a fun little twist that we added to these girl's senior sessions. Yes, I know- you thought they looked familiar, didn't you? I had the pleasure of doing a senior session for both of them! They are best of friends and wanted to capture some of the fun they have together. Both of these gals are so sweet and I had such a good time doing this. I think it was an excellent idea to capture friendship! I'm a little past my senior year in high school but even in the last year, I've had several wake up calls on what I thought were true friendships. TRUE friendship is priceless.  Cherish it....and of course, maybe even document it with a photo session! :)

A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.

Browse through these images and hopefully they will make you think of a fun, carefree time with one of your favorite people!  Enjoy!

{Better late than never, or so they say}

I'm a little behind on blogging. It's a busy time for me, but I have to put a few images up of such a pretty little lady that I recently got to see through my camera.

Here's a few of Miss Keely, eventhough she already has her gallery- I couldn't resist showing her off! She's only 13.....watch out boys!

{Senior 2011~ Kaytlyn | LacyBPhotography}

I have decided that I am IN LOVE with shooting seniors! I have been so fortunate to have had such wonderful girls to work with so far, I don't think I could have asked for better! Now...I must get the word out that I need a senior guy to be in my portfolio ~ 2012 Seniors are just around the corner!

Today, I introduce you to Miss Kaytlyn, a lovely senior from Edmond North. Kaytlyn flat out rocked her session. I literally couldn't choose a favorite if I had to out of her images. As an added bonus, I think I could sign her little sister up as my new assistant in a heartbeat! Kaytlyn, you were a dream to work with, I had so much fun capturing all of your looks! It was a pleasure meeting you guys and thank you so much for choosing me to capture this special time in your life.

Here are a few from her session:

I know, I know...where have I been?! It's been waaaaay too long since I've blogged, I'm sorry. Thanks for taking the time to stop by and check out what's new here, though! I mean that with all of my heart, I love hearing that people saw a certain image that made them call me for their own session. The feedback from people that I've gotten since I've started has been awesome. Thanks for keeping me inspired to continue doing something that is so much fun for me! Since you are already here be sure to leave comments for my incredible clients under their posts, I'm sure they'd love to hear the feedback just like I do.

So since it's been a while, I'll keep it short- I know you guys would rather see images and I don't blame you a bit! I have a great session to share with you so I'll just get to it. Drumroll please, while I introduce to you an awesome senior from Putnam City West, Miss Cassie!
